Small bronze: “nude combing her hair”

“Naked styling” Bronze 17.7 cm.
When I bought this charming little bronze, I asked myself many questions to which I have not yet answered !
What era was it from? From what origin ? I want to favor the track of a nineteenth “Grand Tour” cast of an antique bronze, perhaps Roman or Gallo-Roman, because of the left foot, coarse in relation to the right, as if it had undergone a restoration when the cast is full and in one piece, it seems to me, as if the original had been roughly completed and the molding had taken over the whole.
This opinion engages only me and without any certainty!
The only thing I am sure of is that it was much loved, its dark and varnished patina showing marked wear in places where the hand tends to land and caress …
A beautiful object, more office than shelf !
